How we work with you
Firstly we will sit down with you and listen to your ideas and understand what’s important to you, offering advice and suggesting solutions. We then provide you with an estimate to complete your project. Next come the plans and Building Consent and a full project quote and contract. We outline a payment schedule and set out a project timeline. Any variations along the way are agreed on and documented. Lastly we provide Completion Certificates, Warrantees and Compliance Certificates and attend to final touch-ups and a thorough clean and tidy-up.
